Refund Policy

Our Guarantee and Return Policy

Please do not attempt to return products to your local physician office or clinic. All returns must be processed by calling or emailing the Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. customer service department.

Curative Orthopaedics offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for purchases. After 30 days, credit may be issued based upon the reason for the return. Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return. The customer is responsible for all returned or exchanged shipping, unless noted to the contrary. We recommend you insure and require confirmation mailing receipt for any returns. Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

All returns must be authorized by appropriate Customer Service Rep or Purchasing Agent. To make your return please contact a customer service representative at or call a customer service representative (9am-5pm, M-F, excluding holidays) at 1-347-342-1247.

Refunds are credited once returned item is processed at the warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week. Shipping is non-refundable.

Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving your items. In this case a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.

Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. customers should not return Product per the conditions below:

1. Discontinued Products, divested Products, and Products not listed in current price lists.
2. Products that were not purchased directly from Curative Orthopaedics, Inc.
3. Products for which no authorization to return has been given.

To ensure appropriate credit is issued in the event goods are damaged in transit or a hortage occurs, Customers should accept all Products delivered by the carrier, note visible damages or shortages on the carrier delivery documents, and contact Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. Customer Service Department. Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. will issue a credit or make arrangements for a replacement shipment in the event of a shortage, or a Returned Goods Authorization will be issued for the damaged Products(s) only. Curative Orthopaedics will issue a UPS return call tag and UPS will pick up the damaged Product(s) within a reasonable timeframe. Credit for damages will be issued upon physical receipt of the damaged Product(s) in Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. warehouse and approval for the credit is granted.

Returned Goods Authorization Numbers not processed or utilized within 10 days are cancelled or null and void. Customers must contact Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. for a new Returned Goods Authorization Number after 10 days have lapsed.

Exceptions to Returned Goods Policies

Any Customer reports of defective Product received from Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. should be telephoned to Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. Customer Service Department within 24 hours, providing all information below.

Name and address of Customer,
Customer contact and phone number,
Nature of problem and quantity involved.

To return an item please call 1-347-342-1247 for required Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Only returns with an authorized RMA number will be accepted. All products must be shipped within 2 days from receiving your RMA notification. With your RMA number the appropriate return address will be provided. For defective or shipped in error items, Curative Orthopaedics, Inc. will reimburse the delivery costs to ship.

There is no cost to cancel an order if the product has not been shipped. There may be a shipping or restocking fee if product has been shipped.
